Frequently asked questions.

  • At Edoboy we use the term time slots. Guests must book a time slot through the free dining app RESY to dine with us.

    ALL guests ages 5+ require an individual time slot.

    If you booked successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and your time slot information will be listed on your RESY account.

    Credit card is needed to reserve time slots. The card in not charged for making a reservation.

  • Time slots are released every Monday at 12:00pm via RESY for the current week’s slots: Thursday - Monday.

    We are open Thursday - Monday and time slots are available every hour from 4:00pm - 9:00pm.

    We are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • Use the Resy app or website to modify or cancel your time slot.

    Please note that late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours [after 12pm] before your time slot will be charged a $50 fee per guest.

  • You will receive text notifications from the host if you are running late.

    We allow a 15 minute grace period. Unfortunately, Edoboy cannot guarantee the full 12 piece limit to guests who are more than 15 minutes late.

    If you are more than 30 minutes late, you are considered a no-show and will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

    Please plan accordingly, especially if you are traveling and allow for ample time.

  • We do not accept walk-ins, however, you are able to book right up to the available time slot. Consider yourself a tech-savvy diner.

  • Downloading the free Resy app is highly encouraged. You will able to see all your upcoming bookings on your Resy profile.

    Please make sure your text notifications are ON.

    If you not see the time/date you want, use the NOTIFY feature on the Resy app to receive automatic alerts if your desired time slot becomes available.

  • For parties of 4 or more people, have another guest book the same date and time to complete your party.

    For parties of 8, please email edoboysushifoh@gmail.com up to two weeks prior to your intended date.

  • If your guest/s can no longer attend, please find someone else to use their spot/s. Any guests that do not fulfill their time slot will be charged a $50 no-show fee using the card on file.

  • Each time slot is for one hour. Similar to the on-the-go standing sushi spots in Japan, this unique dining experience is meant to last one hour or less. Our countertop is wheelchair accessible.

  • We can accommodate most common allergies like gluten & shellfish. We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets.

    If you include a note or indicate your dietary restrictions on your RESY profile, we can prepare accordingly.

    Guests with dietary restrictions who have not familiarized themselves with our menu remain subject to our cancellation policy.

  • No. Edoboy is not BYOB. No outside food or drink allowed.

  • Gift cards can be purchased here. Recipients receive a code to use at checkout. Please note that the gratuity amount is limited to the available balance remaining on the gift card.
